ANAF va introduce declarația unică precompletată pentru veniturile anului 2025

ANAF a publicat un proiect de ordin pentru aprobarea procedurii de precompletare a formularului 212 – „Declarație unică privind impozitul pe venit și contribuțiile sociale datorate de persoanele fizice”. Declarația precompletată va fi disponibilă începând cu veniturile aferente anului 2025.

Contribuabilii vor primi această declarație cu date preluate automat din bazele ANAF, urmând să o verifice și să o completeze, dacă este necesar, înainte de depunere. Inițiativa se bazează pe Ordonanța de Urgență nr. 128/2024, care susține digitalizarea proceselor fiscale.

Documentul va fi accesibil online prin Spațiul Privat Virtual (SPV) și, la cerere, în format fizic pentru cei neînrolați în SPV. ANAF va pune datele la dispoziție până la 31 martie 2026, iar termenul de depunere este 25 mai 2026.

Potrivit alba24.ro, declarația trebuie depusă de persoanele fizice care obțin venituri din diverse surse. ANAF invită contribuabilii să transmită sugestii și observații până la 29 noiembrie 2025, conform legii privind transparența decizională.
