Angajatorii din privat pot acorda salariaților zile libere în 2024 pentru 1 Mai și Paște

București, 1 mai 2024 - Angajații din sectorul public și privat se pregătesc să se bucure de următoarea minivacanță în perioada 1 - 6 mai. Potrivit deciziei Guvernului, ziua de 1 Mai a fost declarată sărbătoare legală, iar aceasta se leagă de zilele libere de Paște, 5-6 mai. În plus, ziua de 2 mai va fi liberă pentru bugetari, potrivit avocatnet.ro.

Decizia de a acorda zile libere și angajaților din sectorul privat aparține angajatorului, care trebuie să informeze angajații cu privire la programul de muncă și repartizarea acestuia pe zile. În cazul în care se decide acordarea zilei libere de 2 mai, trebuie stabilită și o modalitate de recuperare a acesteia, potrivit prevederilor din contractul colectiv de muncă sau regulamentul intern. În cazul în care angajații doresc să își ia mai multe zile libere în această perioadă, pot opta pentru concediu. După cele șase zile libere de Paști, următoarea minivacanță pentru bugetari va fi de Rusalii, între 22 și 24 iunie, când se vor acorda trei zile libere. În august, de Sfânta Maria, aceștia vor beneficia de o minivacanță de patru zile, dat fiind faptul că 15 august pică joia, urmată de o zi-punte acordată de Guvern și weekend. Cu toate acestea, recuperarea zilelor libere nu este obligatorie pentru salariații din sectorul privat, aceștia având posibilitatea de a alege să își ia concediu în perioada respectivă.
