Bosch va concedia peste 500 de angajați la Timișoara până în 2030

Compania Bosch a anunțat că va reduce personalul cu aproximativ 510 angajați în divizia Global Business Services din Timișoara, până la finalul anului 2030. Această măsură se va aplica treptat pentru a minimiza impactul asupra angajaților.

La nivel global, Bosch plănuiește să elimine în total aproximativ 3.400 de locuri de muncă în această divizie în următorii ani. Decizia vizează restructurarea activităților și optimizarea operațiunilor companiei.

„Bosch Global Business Services și-a informat deja reprezentanții angajaților și angajații despre măsurile planificate și va iniția prompt discuții cu aceștia. Implementarea exactă va face parte din discuțiile viitoare”, a precizat compania în comunicatul oficial.

Potrivit alba24.ro, Bosch se angajează la o comunicare deschisă și transparentă, asigurând că schimbările vor fi gestionate cu atenție pentru a proteja interesele angajaților și viitorul activităților de la Timișoara.
