Companiile vor trebui să afișeze salariile în anunțurile de angajare din 2025

Obligația ca firmele să comunice salariile oferite în anunțurile de angajare va deveni obligatorie în a doua jumătate a anului viitor. Totuși, șase din zece angajatori spun că nu sunt pregătiți să o implementeze, în special pentru că multe preferă să discute salariul după recrutare.

Potrivit unui sondaj realizat de eJobs România, doar 22% dintre angajatori au început să evalueze impactul acestei măsuri, iar 16% spun că aplică deja o politică de transparență salarială. Mai mult, o treime declară că publică salariile pentru majoritatea joburilor, iar peste jumătate nu le afișează deloc.

Sfert dintre angajatori sunt îngrijorați că transparența salarială ar putea crea nemulțumiri între angajații actuali, iar un procent semnificativ consideră că informațiile despre salarii trebuie să rămână confidențiale. Unele companii se tem că vor întâmpina dificultăți în negocieri sau vor fi dezavantajate față de concurență, notează alba24.ro.

În pofida acestor rezerve, 66% dintre respondenți consideră că mesajele legate de pachetul salarial au cea mai mare influență asupra potențialilor angajați. Sondajul, efectuat în septembrie, a inclus aproape 200 de specialiști în resurse umane, manageri și antreprenori, potrivit Mediafax.
