Creștere a autorizațiilor de construire pentru clădiri rezidențiale în 2025

Numărul autorizațiilor de construire pentru clădiri rezidențiale a crescut cu 4,4% în 2025 față de anul precedent, atingând 37.252, conform datelor furnizate de Institutul Național de Statistică. Această tendință se regăsește în toate regiunile de dezvoltare, cu cele mai semnificative creșteri observate în Nord-Vest și Centru.

Conform INS, în luna decembrie 2025, au fost eliberate 2.650 de autorizații de construire pentru clădiri rezidențiale, cu o scădere de 9,4% față de luna noiembrie a aceluiași an, dar cu o creștere de 5,5% comparativ cu decembrie 2024. Suprafața utilă totală a acestora a fost de 894.770 metri pătrați, înregistrând o creștere de 1,8% față de luna anterioară.

Din total, 72,3% din autorizațiile eliberate în decembrie 2025 vizează zonele rurale. De asemenea, în această lună, regiunile precum Sud-Est și Nord-Vest au evidențiat o creștere a numărului de autorizații, în timp ce alte regiuni au înregistrat scăderi.

În comparație cu decembrie 2024, s-au emis cu 139 de autorizații în plus pentru clădiri rezidențiale în decembrie 2025, cu creșteri semnificative în regiunile Nord-Vest, Sud-Est și București-Ilfov. În schimb, regiunile Vest și Nord-Est au înregistrat scăderi în numărul autorizațiilor eliberate.

De asemenea, în decembrie 2025 s-a observat o creștere de 15,0% a autorizațiilor pentru clădiri nerezidențiale comparativ cu anul anterior, în timp ce suprafața utilă totală a scăzut cu 37,0%, ceea ce evidențiază fluctuațiile din piața construcțiilor.
