Creștere a tranzacțiilor imobiliare în luna iulie 2024

Numărul apartamentelor, caselor și terenurilor tranzacționate în luna iulie 2024 a înregistrat o creștere semnificativă față de luna anterioară. Conform datelor furnizate de Agenția Națională de Cadastru și Publicitate Imobiliară (ANCPI), în această lună au fost vândute la nivelul întregii țări 57.021 de imobile, cu 11.303 mai multe decât în luna iunie. Comparativ cu aceeași lună din anul precedent, numărul a crescut cu 6.290 de unități.

În județul Alba, s-a observat o creștere atât a tranzacțiilor imobiliare, cât și a numărului de ipoteci. În iulie 2024, au fost vândute 484 de imobile, dintre care 160 erau terenuri cu construcții, 117 fără construcții în intravilan și 122 terenuri agricole. Spre comparație, în iunie 2024 au fost înregistrate 411 vânzări, incluzând 109 terenuri cu construcții, 98 fără construcții în intravilan și 107 terenuri agricole.

În ceea ce privește ipotecile, în luna iulie au fost înregistrate 842 de astfel de acte, din care 121 au fost pe terenuri cu construcții, 45 pe terenuri fără construcții în intravilan și 621 pe terenuri agricole în extravilan. Aceasta reprezintă o creștere semnificativă comparativ cu cele 165 de ipoteci înregistrate în județ în luna precedentă.

La nivel național, cele mai multe vânzări de imobile au avut loc în București, cu 10.403 tranzacții, urmat de județul Ilfov cu 4.811 și Brașov cu 2.803. Cele mai puține vânzări au fost raportate în județul Teleorman, cu 67, urmate de Covasna cu 334 și Giurgiu cu 345.

În ceea ce privește ipotecile, la nivel național, s-au înregistrat 30.543 de acte în luna iulie 2024, cu 9.627 mai multe față de aceeași lună a anului trecut. Cele mai multe ipoteci au fost în București, unde au fost înregistrate 5.710, fiind urmat de Constanța cu 3.078 și Ilfov cu 2.480. La polul opus, județele Harghita, Covasna și Sălaj au avut cele mai puține ipoteci, cu 65, 68 și, respectiv, 109.
