Două companii din Alba, între cele mai puternice din Europa de Sud-Est

Două firme din județul Alba se află în top 50 cele mai influente companii din Europa de Sud-Est, conform clasamentului realizat de site-ul de afaceri See News. Este vorba despre Star Assembly și Bosch, ambele înregistrând creșteri semnificative în raport cu precedentul clasament.

România domină clasamentul SEE Top 100, care cuprinde cele mai mari o sută de firme din această regiune, cu peste jumătate dintre ele provenind din țara noastră. Clasamentul complet poate fi accesat online.

Star Assembly, cu sediul în Sebeș, ocupă locul 34 în acest top, raportând venituri totale de 2,033 miliarde de euro în 2023, o urcare cu zece poziții față de anul anterior. Această filială este deținută integral de Mercedes-Benz AG și angajează 1.565 de persoane. La Star Assembly se asamblează cutii de viteze automate cu dublu ambreiaj în opt trepte, precum și transmisii cu nouă trepte pentru automobilele Mercedes-Benz.

Compania Robert Bosch se află pe locul 43 în clasament, înregistrând venituri totale de 1,667 miliarde de euro. Anul trecut, Bosch ocupa tot locul 62. Grupul s-a stabilit în România acum 30 de ani și are circa 10.520 de angajați. Pe lângă centrele de cercetare și dezvoltare din Cluj, București și Sibiu, Bosch operează unități de producție pentru Mobilitate în Cluj și Blaj, precum și o unitate de producție de Tehnologie industrială tot în Blaj și un centru de soluții de business și tehnologie la Timișoara.

Locul întâi al clasamentului See News este deținut tot de o companie românească: OMV Petrom. De asemenea, în primele cinci poziții se află și alte două companii din România: Automobile Dacia (locul 3) și OMV Petrom Marketing (locul 5).

Nu în ultimul rând, patru companii românești se regăsesc în TOP 10 cele mai profitabile firme din Europa de Sud-Est. Acestea sunt Hidroelectrica (locul 2), Nuclearelectrica (locul 3), Romgaz (locul 4) și Continental Automotive Products (locul 10). România are un total de 43 de firme în acest top și, prin OMV Petrom, ocupă prima poziție în rândul celor mai mari 100 de companii nebancare din sud-estul Europei, calculat în funcție de venituri. Aceste rezultate au fost confirmate de un studiu realizat de portalul See News și de casa de consultanță Roland Berger.
