Extrasul de carte funciară 2025: proprietarii pot obține gratuit documentele online

Potrivit site-ului alba24.ro, începând cu 2 iunie, proprietarii de imobile pot obține gratuit extrasul de carte funciară și planul cadastral pe ortofotoplan, solicitând aceste documente online. Agenția Națională de Cadastru și Publicitate Imobiliară (ANCPI) a anunțat că aceste servicii sunt disponibile pe platforma MyEterra, accesând www.myeterra.ancpi.ro.

Laurentiu Alexandru Blaga, directorul general al ANCPI, notează că această procedură simplificată permite proprietarilor să obțină documentele necesare fără a merge fizic la ghișeu. Pentru a face acest lucru, aceștia trebuie să își creeze un cont în aplicația MyEterra, autentificându-se prin sistemul ROeID, sistemul de identitate electronică utilizat în România pentru accesul securizat la servicii online.

Pentru deschiderea unui cont în MyEterra cu autentificare ROeID, utilizatorii trebuie să dețină deja un cont în acest sistem, explică directorul ANCPI. În cazul în care proprietarul nu dorește să se autentifice cu ROeID, poate alege dintre trei variante pentru a solicita documentele online.

Una dintre acești pași presupune solicitarea cu validare automată, necesită semnătură electronică calificată și nu impune prezența fizică la ghișeu. O altă opțiune este solicitarea online cu validarea identității la ghișeu, care trebuie finalizată în maximum 72 de ore, conform procedurii explicate de ANCPI.
