Hidroelectrica anunță lucrări de mentenanță la sistemele informatice

Compania Hidroelectrica, cel mai mare producător de energie electrică din România, a informată clienții despre efectuarea unor lucrări de mentenanță la sistemele informatice. Aceste lucrări vor avea loc vineri, 24 ianuarie, fără a fi specificate aplicațiile care vor fi afectate. Într-un comunicat oficial, compania a menționat: "Echipa noastră efectuează lucrări de mentenanță ale sistemelor informatice pentru a ne asigura că totul funcționează în cele mai bune condiții. Ne cerem scuze pentru orice inconvenient."

Perioada în care vor avea loc lucrările este 24 ianuarie, între orele 02:30 și 13:30. De asemenea, o informație importantă pentru clienții casnici este că indexul autocitit poate fi comunicat doar în intervalul 24-28 al lunii curente.

În plus, Hidroelectrica a început să emită facturile pentru luna decembrie 2024. Clienții au la dispoziție 45 de zile pentru a efectua plățile. Aceasta vine în contextul în care consumatorii sunt informați despre modificările care pot apărea în facturarea energiei, cum ar fi anunțurile recente ale companiilor Hidroelectrica și Electrica Distribuție.
