Mai puțin de 500 de imobile vândute în județul Alba în luna mai

În luna mai a acestui an, în județul Alba s-au vândut mai puțin de 500 de imobile, ceea ce reprezintă mai puțin de 1% din totalul tranzacțiilor imobiliare efectuate la nivel național, conform datelor oficiale centralizate de Agenția Națională de Cadastru și Publicitate Imobiliara. Potrivit sursei, dintre aceste imobile, 133 au fost terenuri agricole și 127 terenuri intravilane cu construcții.

Citează alba24.ro, numărul tranzacțiilor în Alba este foarte mic comparativ cu alte județe din țară. În municipiul Alba Iulia s-au efectuat 154 de tranzacții, cele mai multe în rândul orașelor din județ. Din total, 55 au fost construcții intravilane, 55 unități individuale, 40 terenuri intravilane și restul terenuri agricole.

Pe plan național, în luna mai 2025 s-au înregistrat peste 50.700 de tranzacții imobiliare, cu aproximativ 800 mai multe față de aprilie, iar cu peste 7.100 mai multe comparativ cu luna mai a anului 2024. Bucureștiul, Ilfovul și Timișul au fost județele cu cele mai multe vânzări, conform statisticilor, notează alba24.ro.

Prețurile terenurilor și imobilelor din Alba Iulia au atras, de asemenea, interesul cumpărătorilor, cu prețuri care pot urca chiar și la 700 de euro pe metrul pătrat pentru anumite terenuri, conform sursei menționate.

În ceea ce privește tranzacțiile cu ipoteci, național, numărul total a fost de peste 29.000, ceea ce reprezintă o creștere cu peste 5.100 față de mai anul anterior. Cele mai multe operțiuni au avut loc în București, Dolj și Ilfov, în timp ce județele cu cel mai mic număr de ipoteci sunt Teleorman, Sălaj și Gorj.
