Ministerul Muncii propune subvenții pentru angajarea mamelor cu mulți copii și a victimelor violenței domestice

Ministerul Muncii intenționează să extindă măsurile de sprijin pentru angajarea persoanelor vulnerabile, inclusiv mamele cu cel puțin trei copii. Proiectul vizează modificarea Legii nr. 76/2002, pentru a introduce noi categorii eligibile la subvenții, precum victimele violenței domestice și traficului de persoane.

Angajatorii care vor angaja astfel de persoane înregistrate ca șomeri pot primi o subvenție lunară de 2.250 de lei timp de 12 luni, cu condiția ca angajarea să dureze minim 18 luni. Persoanele interesate trebuie să se înregistreze la agențiile teritoriale ale forței de muncă din zona de domiciliu.

Pe lângă subvenții, agențiile de ocupare vor pune la dispoziție servicii specializate, inclusiv online, pentru reintegrarea pe piața muncii. De asemenea, se propune creșterea plafonului de vârstă eligibil de la 45 la 50 de ani, iar cererile de evidență nu vor mai necesita reînnoirea la fiecare șase luni, simplificând astfel procedurile administrative.

Conform alba24.ro, aceste modificări urmăresc facilitarea accesului la locuri de muncă și reducerea birocrației. Proiectul aduce o atenție specială victimelor violenței domestice, care vor avea acces la servicii dedicate pentru integrare, precum și o subvenție importantă pentru angajatorii care le încadrează în muncă.
