Mugur Isărescu avertizează despre riscurile crizei în sectoare cheie din România

Mugur Isărescu, guvernatorul Băncii Naționale a României, a afirmat că în economie există „mugurii unei crize”, în special în sectorul HoReCa, unde cererea a suferit o restrângere semnificativă. Aceasta a fost confirmată în cadrul unei conferințe de presă, unde a menționat că se speră la o recuperare treptată a situației.

Isărescu a explicat că „există, bineînțeles că există. Avem o restrângere a cererii mai ales în HoReCa. Dar sperăm că această restrângere a cererii va fi depășită treptat.” El a subliniat că, în mod tradițional, lunile februarie-martie sunt perioade dificile pentru români, până când vremea devine mai favorabilă. „Probabil va fi depășit și momentul HoReCa,” a completat acesta.

În ceea ce privește sectorul auto, Isărescu a menționat existența unor „restructurări care nu înseamnă neapărat criză”, sugerând o anumită stabilitate în ciuda provocărilor actuale.

Guvernatorul BNR a discutat și despre posibilitatea ca România să inițieze discuții pentru aderarea la Zona Euro în termen de cinci ani. Totuși, el a subliniat că un factor esențial pentru realizarea acestui obiectiv este reducerea deficitului bugetar sub 3% din PIB. „Există însă și o condiție pentru ca acest lucru să fie posibil,” a spus Isărescu.

De asemenea, el a atras atenția asupra nivelului crescut al datoriei publice, care a depășit 60% din PIB, un aspect care ar putea influența perspectivele economice ale țării în viitor.
