Percheziții la furnizori de energie din București pentru suspiciuni de înșelăciune și spălare de bani

Procurorii din București efectuează opt percheziții la sediile și domiciliile unor persoane din companii de furnizare a energiei electrice. Ancheta vizează suspiciuni de înșelăciune cu consecințe deosebit de grave și spălare de bani, după ce energia era tranzacționată la prețuri artificiale pentru a obține sume mari din partea statului.

Potrivit Parchetului General, perchezițiile au loc la sediile sociale a patru societăți comerciale implicate în comerțul cu energie și la casele persoanelor fizice implicate. Dosarul vizează operațiuni din aprilie până în august 2022, când firmele din grup au folosit un mecanism coordonat pentru a obține profituri semnificative prin creșterea artificială a prețurilor raportate.

Alba24.ro citează surse care menționează că firmele investigate fac parte din grupul Tinmar, deținut de Augustin Oancea, printre acestea fiind Energy, Lord Energy, Solprim și Eye Mall. Companiile au creat un circuit de tranzacții interne prin care energia circula la prețuri tot mai mari, cu scopul de a solicita de la stat sume disproporționat de mari în cadrul schemei de compensare prevăzute de O.U.G. nr. 27/2022.

Prin aceste tranzacții, grupul a mărit artificial portofoliul de clienți și prețul mediu de achiziție raportat, ceea ce a dus la compensări foarte mari de la bugetul de stat. Procurorii afirmă că operațiunile „nu respectau prevederile legii energiei” și că între aprilie și august 2022 „activitatea grupului reprezintă un exemplu de manipulare a pieței și a mecanismelor de compensare”, cauzând pagube bugetului public.
