Revizuirea pensiilor: Casele de pensii distribuie noile decizii

Casele de pensii din România au început să trimită deciziile revizuite, după ce zeci de mii de pensionari au raportat probleme legate de recalcularea pensiilor. Conform unei statistici realizate de Fundația pentru Apărarea Cetățenilor Împotriva Abuzurilor Statului (FACIAS), aproximativ 21% din pensiile contestate au fost calculate greșit.

FACIAS a solicitat informații suplimentare de la Casa Națională de Pensii Publice (CNPP) în legătură cu acest proces de revizuire a pensiilor, având în vedere noile reglementări stipulate în Legea nr. 360/2023, care reglează sistemul public de pensii. Datele oficiale primite de la CNPP arată că din totalul cererilor de revizuire, 21% au fost soluționate în favoarea pensionarilor, evidențiind astfel erori semnificative în recalcularea inițială.

Într-un răspuns oficial adresat FACIAS, CNPP a anunțat că până la 27 august 2024, au fost emise un număr de 4.600.734 de decizii de recalculare a pensiilor, conform noilor reglementări. Această revizuire vine în contextul intensificării controalelor și îmbunătățirii transparenței în sistemul de pensii publice din România.
