Sameday a achiziționat Cargus, cea mai mare tranzacție a anului 2025 până în prezent

Compania de curierat Sameday, parte a grupului eMAG, a anunțat achiziția companiei concurente Cargus, într-o tranzacție considerată cea mai mare din domeniu în acest an. Potrivit informațiilor, Sameday a cumpărat Cargus de la fondul de investiții MidEuropa Partners, care și-a vândut și reteaua medicală Regina Maria după o perioadă de 10 ani de la preluare.

Conform Ziarului Financiar, citează Mediafax, această tranzacție marchează ieșirea MidEuropa Partners din piața românească a curieratului, lichidând astfel portofoliul de companii deținute în țară. Cu o cifră de afaceri de 567,4 milioane de lei în 2024, Cargus este unul dintre cei mai importanți jucători de pe piața românească a serviciilor de curierat.

Pe de altă parte, Sameday înregistrează venituri de aproximativ 1,2 miliarde de lei, conform datelor disponibile. Prin această achiziție, compania își propune să devină lider pe piața de curierat, Eliaskând poziția deținută în prezent de Fan Courier, care este în prezent cel mai mare operator din domeniu. Potrivit sursei, această mișcare strategică reflectă intenția Sameday de a-și crește semnificativ cota de piață în viitorul apropiat.
