Scădere semnificativă a vânzărilor de imobile în România în noiembrie 2025

Românii au cumpărat în luna noiembrie 50.059 de imobile, în scădere cu 8.443 față de luna octombrie. Agenția Națională de Cadastru și Publicitate Imobiliară (ANCPI) arată că numărul tranzacțiilor a fost, de asemenea, cu 8.356 mai mic față de aceeași perioadă a anului trecut.

În noiembrie, cele mai multe imobile vândute au fost în București – 7.983, Ilfov – 4.029 și Timiș – 2.804. La polul opus, județele cu cele mai puține vânzări sunt Teleorman – 26, Călărași – 236 și Covasna – 324.

În ceea ce privește reședințele de județ, Cluj-Napoca, Brașov și Iași au înregistrat cele mai multe tranzacții, iar Alexandria, Călărași și Giurgiu, cele mai puține. Totodată, numărul ipotecilor a scăzut față de 2024, fiind înregistrate 33.833 de operațiuni.

Potrivit alba24.ro, în județul Alba s-au vândut în noiembrie 852 de imobile, dintre care 271 în Alba Iulia. Tranzacțiile au inclus 220 de terenuri intravilane cu construcții și 158 fără construcții. Totodată, au fost vândute 298 de terenuri agricole și opt neagricole, iar au fost înscrise 304 ipoteci, majoritatea pe terenuri cu construcții.
