Stațiile ITP din România pot efectua inspecții tehnice prin înregistrare manuală

Stațiile de Inspecție Tehnică Periodică (ITP) din România au primit autorizația de a efectua inspecții tehnice prin înregistrare manuală, în urma unui incident care a afectat funcționarea aplicației informatice SIRAR. Această aplicație, care permitea înregistrarea online a inspecțiilor tehnice, este temporar inoperantă, iar stațiile nu vor putea elibera documente doveditoare la finalul verificărilor, conform unui comunicat de presă al Registrului Auto Român (RAR).

În prezent, stațiile autorizate care primesc solicitări din partea clienților pot efectua inspecția tehnică manual, conform instrucțiunilor primite de la RAR. La reluarea funcționării aplicației SIRAR, aceste inspecții vor fi înregistrate în sistem în ordinea efectuării lor.

Reprezentanții RAR au afirmat că această măsură temporară este destinată să asigure că posesorii de autovehicule pot circula în continuare pe teritoriul României fără a fi supuși sancțiunilor pentru lipsa inspecției tehnice. De asemenea, persoanele care și-au prezentat vehiculele la stațiile ITP trebuie să se întoarcă ulterior pentru a ridica certificatul de inspecție tehnică, odată ce aplicația va redeveni funcțională.

Vineri, RAR a anunțat suspendarea completă a activității stațiilor de inspecție tehnică autorizate, din cauza unui "incident neprevăzut" care a avut loc în camera serverelor centrale. Această situație a împiedicat desfășurarea serviciilor pentru clienți la nivel național. Conducerea RAR a mobilizat resursele necesare pentru a soluționa problema și a apelat la ajutorul specialiștilor IT externi pentru suport tehnic.

Incidentul s-a produs la data de 21 noiembrie 2024, în jurul orei 14:00, atunci când sistemele de prevenire și stingere a incendiilor s-au activat, provocând o întrerupere a echipamentelor esențiale pentru infrastructura IT a RAR. În prezent, activitatea stațiilor ITP rămâne suspendată până la rezolvarea acestei situații tehnice.
