Studiu despre compoziția parizerului din pui pe piața din România

Un studiu efectuat de InfoCons a analizat etichetele a 10 produse tip parizer din carne de pasăre, disponibile pe piața din România. Rezultatele acestui studiu relevă informații importante despre conținutul și calitatea acestor produse.

Conform concluziilor, procentul de carne de pasăre din parizer variază între 10% și 75%, ceea ce ridică întrebări cu privire la transparența în etichetare. Toate produsele studiate conțin aditivi alimentari, iar numărul acestora diferă între 3 și 10, sugerează o utilizare largă a E-urilor în compoziția parizerului.

Pe lângă proteine, produsele conțin și acizi grași, grăsimi și glucide. Este demn de menționat că majoritatea parizerelor testate nu conțin fibre. În ceea ce privește conținutul de sare, acesta variază între 3 și 7 grame, însă consumul zilnic recomandat este de maximum 5 grame de sare pentru o persoană.

Studiul a inclus diverse marci de parizer, oferind detalii despre conținutul de carne, aditivi și informații nutriționale. Valoarea energetică a produselor cu carne de pasăre se încadrează între 152 kcal și 239 kcal, iar cantitatea de grăsimi variază între 8g și 20g. De asemenea, conținutul de acizi grași saturați se află între 3g și 9g, iar glucidele între 2g și 7,9g.

În ceea ce privește zaharurile, acestea sunt prezente în cantități mici, între 0,02g și 0,9g, iar 90% din produsele analizate nu conțin fibre. Cantitatea de proteine variază între 10g și 16g.

Aceste rezultate subliniază necesitatea unei informări corecte și detaliate pentru consumatori cu privire la produsele alimentare pe care le achiziționează.
