Cei prinși riscă pierderea finanțării, anunță ministrul Mediului

Ministrul Mediului, Mircea Fechet, a declarat la TVR Info că persoanele care au reușit să depună actele în mai puțin de 30 de secunde pentru programul Casa Verde Fotovoltaice riscă să piardă finanțarea. Potrivit oficialului, aproximativ 2.500 din cei 66.000 de aplicați în program au reușit să finalizeze acest proces într-un timp record.

Verificările vor fi concentrate asupra acelor aplicații, care sunt puține la număr, dar care au fost introduse în sistem în intervale extrem de scurte. "Orice interacțiune cu serverul și aplicația lasă urme digitale care pot fi verificate oricând", a subliniat ministrul. El a menționat că cei care vor fi identificați cu fraudă riscă sancțiuni severe, inclusiv pierderea finanțării solicitate.

Această acțiune de verificare vine în urma nemulțumirilor exprimate de către cei care nu au reușit să se înscrie în program, chiar și după ce au depus documentele în mai puțin de un minut. De asemenea, reprezentanții Asociației Prosumatorilor au cerut clarificări publice cu privire la aceste probleme.

Asociația a propus ca anul viitor selecția beneficiarilor să se facă prin tragere la sorți, pentru a asigura un proces mai echitabil și transparent. Potrivit datelor furnizate de Administrația Fondului pentru Mediu, doar puțin peste 700 de aplicanți au reușit să depună dosarele în mai mult de 2 minute, ceea ce înseamnă o medie de 17 persoane în fiecare județ.
