Începând cu 1 august 2025, indemnizația pentru părinți în concediu de creștere a copilului va fi impozitată cu CASS de 10%

De la începutul lunii august 2025, indemnizația lunară pe care o primesc părinții aflați în concediu de creștere a copilului va fi supusă unui nou impozit de 10%, conform Legii 141/2025. Potrivit sursei, această măsură marchează eliminarea scutirii de sănătate care exista până acum pentru aceste venituri.

Se notează că retenția de 10% CASS se va face automat, direct la sursă, de către Agenția Județeană pentru Plăți și Inspecție Socială (AJPIS), fără ca beneficiarii să depună vreo declarație individuală. Indemnizația brută va fi calculată ca 85% din media veniturilor nete realizate în ultimele 12 luni, având un plafon minim de 1.651 lei și unul maxim de 8.500 lei.

Din această sumă brută se va deduce procentul de 10% pentru CASS, iar beneficiarii vor primi indemnizația netă. Un exemplu de calcul a fost prezentat conform informațiilor citate de alba24.ro, pentru a explica modul de aplicare.

Potrivit notează sursa, precum și pentru alte categorii de venituri sociale, această contribuție de 10% va fi aplicată începând cu 1 august, afectând astfel și alte beneficii sociale oferite de stat.
