Ministrul Economiei acuză ANPC de neînregistrarea amenzilor și pierderi de peste 15 milioane lei

Ministrul Economiei, Radu Miruță, a declarat că inspectorii ANPC aplicau amenzi, dar nu le înregistrau oficial, ceea ce făcea imposibilă recuperarea sumelor. Potrivit acestuia, statul a pierdut astfel peste zece milioane de lei, iar situația s-a înrăutățit în 2025, pe timpul conducerii lui Piedone.

Radu Miruță a explicat că în anul 2024, pentru 205 procese verbale de amendă în valoare de 1,8 milioane lei, nu s-a făcut niciun demers oficial pentru executare și că multe amenzi au fost încasate abia după expirarea termenelor legale, la jumătate din valoarea minimă, generând o pierdere de 5,5 milioane de lei. „Au fost 1413 procese verbale care au fost încasate la jumătate din minim, chiar după expirarea termenului în care se putea face asta”, a spus ministrul.

Ministrul a mai semnalat că în primele luni ale anului 2025 numărul amenzilor netrimise la executare a crescut, iar unele au fost anulate complet. Conform alba24.ro, aceste metode ilegale și selective au cauzat pierderi de 15,6 milioane de lei doar între 2024 și august 2025.

În urma acestor descoperiri, Radu Miruță a dispus un control amănunțit al Corpului de Control la ANPC, pentru identificarea persoanelor și mecanismelor implicate. Ministrul a criticat lipsa de trasabilitate a proceselor verbale, afirmând: „emitem o foaie cu care poată să-şi facă copiii avioane de hârtie, pentru că nici o entitate în statul român nu mai are după ce să urmărească această trasabilitate”.
