Mircea Fechet propune extinderea sistemului de garanție-returnare pentru ambalaje reutilizabile din 2027

Deputatul PNL Mircea Fechet a inițiat un proiect de lege care vizează extinderea Sistemului de Garanție–Returnare (SGR) pentru ambalajele primare reutilizabile, inclusiv pentru borș, oțet, cafea și borcane, începând cu 1 ianuarie 2027. Aceste ambalaje vor avea un cod digital unic pentru o trasabilitate eficientă.

Fostul ministru al Mediului a explicat că inițiativa „duce SGR-ul și în cămară”, adăugând că „din 2027 sperăm să avem sistemul de garanție-returnare și la borcane” cu capac din metal sau plastic, pentru compot, zacuscă sau murături. Ambalajele vor putea fi aduse la punctele de colectare, crescând astfel gradul de reciclare.

Potrivit lui Fechet, „vom avea sistem de garanție-returnare și pentru ambalajul reutilizabil”, considerând că sistemul actual este suficient de matur pentru extindere. El subliniază că sticlele reutilizabile pot fi refolosite de 50-60 de ori, astfel infrastructura existentă pentru PET-uri și doze ar putea fi adaptată pentru ambalajele acestora.

Conform publicației alba24.ro, parlamentarul mai precizează că, deocamdată, proiectul se referă strict la ambalaje. „Capsulele reutilizabile (...) sunt o problemă de mediu ce trebuie gestionată, însă nu pot fi introduse în RVM-uri din cauza dimensiunilor specifice necesare acestora", a menționat el.
