Probleme de funcționare ale platformelor SEAP și Ghiseul.ro

Autoritatea pentru Digitalizarea României (ADR) a anunțat că platformele Ghiseul.ro, Sistemul Electronic de Achiziții Publice (SEAP), Punctul de Contact Unic Electronic (PCUE) și Sistemul Informatic de Atribuire Electronică în Transporturi (SIAE) sunt indisponibile din dimineața zilei de marți. Această întrerupere a serviciilor este cauzată de defecte apărute în rețeaua publică electrică, conform declarațiilor ADR.

Experții ADR lucrează intens pentru a remedia aceste probleme, dar timpul necesar pentru restaurarea funcționalităților s-a dovedit a fi mai lung decât se estimase inițial. Autoritatea a comunicat că se așteaptă reluarea activităților pe aceste platforme începând cu ora 18:00. Se subliniază că, deși datele și fișierele nu sunt afectate, accesibilitatea acestora pe Internet depinde de procesul de reparare în curs.

Într-o declarație anterioară, ADR a menționat că acest incident evidențiază importanța migrării sistemelor informatice către infrastructuri mai sigure și scalabile de tip cloud. Autoritatea a stabilit că 2025 este anul în care este planificată finalizarea acestui proces de migrare.

În acest context, ADR a lansat miercuri o licitație pentru migrarea în cloudul privat guvernamental a cel puțin 30 de sisteme sau aplicații IT care oferă servicii digitale cetățenilor. Proiectul beneficiază de o finanțare de 180 milioane de euro din Planul Național de Redresare și Reziliență (PNRR), cu termen limită pentru finalizarea migrării până în luna iunie 2026.

Din cauza nefuncționării platformelor, mai multe proceduri de achiziții publice au fost amânate, afectând modul în care statul interacționează cu cetățenii prin servicii digitale.
