Vouchere de 4.000 de euro pentru persoanele cu dizabilități din România

Persoanele cu dizabilități din România, atât adulți, cât și copii, vor beneficia de vouchere de 4.000 de euro pentru achiziția de tehnologii asistive. Acest anunț a fost făcut de Autoritatea Națională pentru Protecția Drepturilor Persoanelor cu Dizabilități. Potrivit declarațiilor lui Romi Mihaescu, președintele instituției, voucherele sunt accesibile indiferent de statutul profesional sau educațional al beneficiarilor.

Suma totală alocată pentru acest proiect depășește 30 de milioane de euro, permițând astfel accesarea ajutoarelor financiare pentru peste 8.000 de persoane. Mihaescu a explicat că voucherele pot fi utilizate inclusiv pentru implanturi cohleare, care pot avea costuri de aproximativ 23.000 de euro. "Sunt vouchere de maxim 4.000 de euro. Nu contează dacă persoana lucrează, este la școală, este copil sau adult", a subliniat acesta în cadrul unei dezbateri organizate de DC Media Group.

Registrul necesar pentru accesarea fondurilor va fi funcțional la sfârșitul lunii mai, iar sistemul informatic pentru gestionarea voucherelor este în curs de dezvoltare. Se estimează că acesta va fi finalizat tot până la sfârșitul lunii mai. "Au mai existat astfel de proiecte în trecut, dar abordarea este diferită acum. Se pornește de la nevoia beneficiarului, nu de la oferta furnizorului, așa cum se întâmpla anterior", a mai adăugat Mihaescu.

Proiectul va avea o durată de implementare de 36 de luni, începând cu 1 septembrie 2024 și finalizându-se pe 31 august 2027. Toți cei interesați vor avea la dispoziție proceduri clare pentru înscrierea în program, în conformitate cu informațiile publicate de alba24.ro.
