Craiova a depășit Clujul și Bucureștiul la creșterea prețurilor la apartamente în 2025

Prețul mediu solicitat pentru apartamentele scoase la vânzare în România a crescut cu 14% în ultimul an, potrivit indicelui Imobiliare.ro. Craiova surprinde prin cea mai amplă majorare, de 21%, situându-se astfel pe locul al patrulea în topul celor mai scumpe orașe din țară.

Cu un preț mediu de 2.095 euro pe metru pătrat util, orașul oltean se apropie considerabil de capitala țării ca nivel al prețurilor. Daniel Crainic, director de marketing Imobiliare.ro, afirmă: „Craiova se afirmă tot mai clar ca un pol emergent pe harta imobiliară a României, un oraș secundar care traversează astăzi o fază de dezvoltare accelerată.”

Chiar dacă Bucureștiul a consemnat a doua cea mai mare creștere, circa 17%, la un preț mediu de 2.178 euro/mp util, diferențele între zonele capitalei sunt semnificative. Alba24.ro notează că apartamentele din Ferentari sunt cele mai accesibile, sub 1.100 euro/mp, în timp ce cele din zona Aviatorilor ating pragul de 5.000 euro/mp.

Pe lângă Craiova, scumpiri importante au fost înregistrate și în alte orașe mari. Ploiești a crescut cu 14%, ajungând la 1.333 euro/mp, iar Constanța și Iași au avut majorări între 12% și 13%. Cluj-Napoca rămâne cel mai scump oraș, cu 3.207 euro/mp, deși creșterea aici a fost de 11%, conform datelor Imobiliare.ro.
